Delete Your Data

You can ask Gigahoo to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

Email [email protected] and tell us you want your data deleted. Include the phone number you used on WhatsApp, or the name on your Facebook profile if you used Messenger. We may ask you to confirm the request from that same chat.

Sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account. You can also email [email protected] from the email address on your account.

Your name, contact details, messages, photos, voice notes and shared location. Job details and prices that no longer identify you may stay in anonymous statistics, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. Some records, such as billing records, may be kept longer where the law requires it.
